Gallery of Photos from Road's End Camp and Havasu Palms
Circa 1930/1940's
Former owner of Road's End Camp, Bob Orchard,
reportedly built the building (pictured to the right) at Road's End
Camp in the 1930's, before Lake Havasu was created. Today the
building's foundation is said to be under water.

Pictured to the left is the original Road's Camp Store, around 1943.
It was rebuilt, using Western Electric crates and other recycled
materials.

Pictured to the right is the old store at Road's End Camp. An old
pair of pants hangs from the flagpole...the unofficial "open sign"
of the then fish camp.
