About
the
You will find hundreds (probably thousands) of recipes online. I’ve written
and posted a number myself, many from our cookbook
Recipe Traditions. So why add more recipe pages to the already
growing number of online content?
I decided to add a few
select recipes and cooking preparation techniques we’ve learned over the
years, with instructional photographs. If the recipes or instructions are
included on the “Home Chef” section of the Robeth website, this means I have
personal experience with the content. If you have any questions, contact me
at
.
As for my experience, I
wrote my first recipe book almost thirty years ago, using recipes from my
grandmothers. Before assembling the book, I kitchen tested the many bread,
cake and other recipes. Several years ago, I finished another recipe book,
Recipe Traditions, a collection of family favorites, which you can
purchase online.
For over a decade, I
managed two different restaurants. One belonged to my parent’s company, and
the other to my husband and me. During my years in the restaurant business,
I spent much time in the kitchen, completing many of the typical tasks
performed by the chef.
I hope you enjoy
this new section of our Robeth site, and we will continue to add new pages.
